Nutricia at Home has been specifically designed to provide comprehensive and flexible home support for hospital dietitians and their patients, and can meet the requirements of infants, children and adults for enteral feeding in the home.
This service is supported by our team of experienced Homecare Nurse Managers who provide education and training for patients and families in both metro and regional areas. Our dedicated Nutricia at Home Customer Service team will contribute to a smooth transition from hospital to home by assisting with the coordination of services between hospital, patient and Nutricia at Home.
